Good place to buy legit military MREs

So to all the military people out there I have a question. Can regular civilians buy real military MREs? A buddy of mine said you can but I would think you have to have a military ID to get them. If a civilian can get them, where would be a good place to get them?

It is somewhat possible, but you must have a fairly high level security clearance. Without that, you have to go on the black market, and there are lots of counterfeits in that world.
