Since there's been a lot of talk about where Tennessee might end up depending on who we beat where, this seems like a good site. It has rpi projections based on how we finish, as well as probabilities to achieve those records.

I believe they're using Sagarin data for projected outcomes. But the projected RPI is the important part here.

Great link, thanks for sharing - doesnt give us a great shot of making the tourney but when you consider we started at 2-6 CCM has done a great job keeping these guys mentally in it and giving us a chance down the stretch to make a tourney run

that makes things much harder. we HAVE to win out and then win 2 in the SECT to be GUARANTEED an invite.

19 wins gives us a 55 or 62. which is on the bubble. that means going 5-1 and winning two SECT games. but if one of those wins is Vandy... that will certainly help... beating a tourney bound team will get us some more needed credit (notice).

getting to 19 is possible. they have looked very good in the last 4 games... especially the last 2.

IMO, i don't think greene and mitchell will be back for bama on saturday. didn't another top 7 player get injured in their last game (SIAP?) ?

No, those are calculated by a computer that only indexes past performances. So the fact that Bama has lost some kids and not been playing well very recently does not get factored in.

If anything this should be considered a good thing for us because it makes the numbers look more impressive when we beat a team that is overrated in the RPI.

im with you i dont think from the sounds of it that tho2 guys will be back in time for our game saturday, JMO.
