I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but some people pick and chose property to save money. it's smarter to buy as much as you can early.

The one thing I don't understand is that if China had found a way around our detection systems and could come 30 miles offshore undetected, why would they show that just to fire a missile to nowhere? If it was a foriegn sub, our guys are now going to be working overtime to find out how.

Just seems like a waste from a strategic point of view.

If you found out how to get through your enemies defense and walk right up to his front door, would you do so just to leave a flaming bag of poo with your name on it? Or would you save that secret for when you really wanted to use it to do some damage?

yup. the middle class can't grow enough at a rate that justifies the money spent on infrastructure in that country. also speculation is apparently 50% of the current housing real estate market. rents are so low that speculators chose to keep houses empty.

Not just the Chinese economy....many multi-nationals have sold their soul to do business in China with agreements for Chinese production of their products. When the Chinese market implodes, there will be many hits to the P&L.
