Meet the new rationing czar:

GOP

A sly, cowardly move by the liar in chief, he knew Berwick would never be approved so he waited until recess to make the appointment.

Another off the map left wingnut in the administration, Berwick makes statements such as; "we must bring health care out of the darkneww of private enterprise."

Berwick Calls It “Irrational” To Not Consider Costs For Rationing.

I say there is nothing rational at all about the executive branch at present, it is completely ideologically driven. (Or idiotically driven if you prefer, I'm cool with either description.) :)

his comments while in Britain, linked on Drudge, are simply horrendous. More academia believing absolutely and above all in the collective. I'm all for him moving to Britain.

Certainly makes the non-voted appointment make sense.

The recess appointment is particularly bunk in this case. It's not as if this guy's nomination has been held up or this is a long recess.

Obama doesn't want debate about HC so he's backdooring this nomination. Come to think of it, he's backdooring all of us.

This is exactly why folks need to understand the consequences of elections. While entirely within his powers as president, he can slip in an unelected radical in a key position that can affect a great many. It is a sad reflection of the overall ignorance among the general electorate how gov't REALLY works.

I never understand just why so many people never vote.

Here are some good talking points for those who do vote.

OUR BELOVED REPUBLIC IS NO MORE.... WE NOW HAVE AN OLIGARCHY.... ENFORCED BY THE ALINSKY AND CLOWARD-PIVEN STRATEGIES!!!! - Patriotic Resistance

Most of us knew what a sorry piece of slime Eric Holder is.
