Great Day to be a VOL

So I realize most of you do not care about what I am about to say lol... but after seeing the Berry Brothers commits today I have been pumped... I went into the weight room at school today and beat my Bench Press Max today when as of late I had been struggling due to fatigue. I 1RM 385 today. So now 20lbs from my goal. Also on dumbbell Incline I pressed 120lbs 8 times. Super excited today so thank you Evan and Elliott you guys are doing work before you even step on the field. V4L

I don't lift, but I was so pumped I went out in the yard, raked and mulched all the leaves, mowed the new lawn and have the sprinklers going now. Wife just called supper. Whatever it is it'll be Great!
