The Drive-By Truckers, Lucero, and Ben Folds are all playing in Knoxville in the next month or so. Also, Ryan Adams is coming to Nashville for two nights in March. Great way to spice up the winter blues!

There are rumors floating around that Adams has again fallen off the wagon, so he could revert back to his old on-stage act. I know he split with the Cardinals the other day.

Yep, this is your last chance to see Ryan Adams and Cardinals.

PGroove and Lotus are playing. Michael Franti and Spearhead are also coming. Disco Biscuits on Jan 30th. Lots of great music just around the corner.

I will be there for Ben Folds... and now that I know Ben Kweller is going to be in Nashvegas I may make the trek down there depending on ticket prices.

Can't wait for Ben Folds

i was in nashville once and saw him running around the track at belmont. i wanted to run up and get his autograph, but i kept my cool. not gonna bother a guy on his daily jog.

i was in line behind him and he was with a good looking girl. he saw me looking at them and was like "yea, it's me". i smiled and sent a head nod his way.

don't be late to the DBT show and miss Bloodkin.

Thanks for the suggestion. Loved the show. I really enjoyed the twin guitars playing harmony lead through most of the songs.

I also got to meet Chris Ford from the old fantastic Knoxville band Gran Torino at the show. Great guy. He now owns a BBQ joint called "Sweet P's," and I would highly recommend checking out his fare.
