Wife and I went to Volos and Athens and had an absolute ball. Place was incredible. That said, it was jacked up as a 3 dollar bill and weekends were insane at the Waterfront in Volos with some minimal denari drinks. Folks were seriously drinking off some miserable economy and governance.

I'm absolutely amazed that those folks are the descendants of some of the greatest shapers of modern philosophy and Western thought. Maybe the problem is that the Spartans were cornholers and didn't propagate their talents?
