Groundhog Day.

When it first came out, it was a fairly well regarded film that did OK at the box office. Over the years the perception of the film has changed, markedly. It is now on AFI's list of Top 10 Fantasy Films of all time.

I've always thought it was a truly existential masterpiece.

When I was a kid it was a funny/original idea for a movie. Not so much now. I view it about the same as the Police Academy movies. Not funny once I grew up.

I don't like it. Didn't think it was that entertaining, and for a period of time there, it was really annoying how much they showed it on TV
