Ugh....Sandler stopped being funny sometime in the late 90s. He literally plays the same character each movie, with the exceptions of Punch Drunk Love and Reign Over Me; in those he actually acted and I thought he did quite well.

True, sad statement. Why does he make stupid movies?? He can do so much better.

Agreed, but you forgot Spanglish, and if you haven't seen it, you should. Also, Funny People he just played himself, but it was pretty good.

Sandler is following Eddie Murphy's lead.

The last good movie sandler did was Longest Yard. Click wasn't bad either.

Grownups, Funny People, and That's My Boy have been embarrassments.

I don't think Sandler is a bad actor either. He has more range than one would think. He needs to expand himself.

Grown Ups was entertaining, but not great. Longest Yard on the other hand went downhill hard and fast as soon as Courtney Cox's pushup bra left the screen. The original was much better, even without Burt's stache.

There never should have been a Grown Ups 1. Why did they think a sequel was a good idea?

I guess I'm in the minority. I loved Grown Ups and I don't usually like the "act stupid to be funny" type movies, ie, I can't stand Vaughn, Ferrell, Wilson, Stiller, etc.

I'll be seeing this one too

Because a lot of people paid to see the first one. I work with a group of people who are the primary target for this. They think Wild Hogs and RV are hilarious. People like that go to the movies, too.
I don't enjoy Nicholas Sparks movies, but I know there are people out there that do, and I'm sure that's why they make the movies.

This movie was totally funny and entertaining! The eighties party at the end is awesome! I want a rubix cube cake!

Had a lot of unnecessary stuff in it. Nick Swardson is an example of that.
It seriously had a lot of funny parts, but seeing Swardson playing ANOTHER ridiculously, unbelievably stupid character made me afraid someone I knew would see me in the theater.

I was disappointed in this movie and it usually doesn't take much at all for a comedy to impress me.

Seems like it was directed toward 15 year olds with all of the dumb fart jokes and stuff.
