I really can't see Gruden leaving Tampa for Nashville. I mean, I know its the music city, but Tampa is plush.

Not to mention the Bucs have a good young team right now and have a good chance of going to a Super Bowl in the next five years. I think he wins coach of the year this year for the job done there, JMO/IMO.
