The US is building or restoring nearly five hundred
mosques worldwide, about eighty in Afghanistan,

We haven't spent one dime to build or restore any
church anywhere while over two hundred church

Both Barack and Michelle have no problem visiting

Many people who are as self absorbed as you appear to be tend to think all people see the world through the same lens and spectrum. Not sure what you were shooting for here but it mostly came across as condescension and even then it was a very poorly executed attempt at that.
