Didn't even realize that GT was playing tonight
Came as a pleasant surprise when flipping through channels

Also means that they get an extra two days of rest before facing Georgia next Saturday. Don't think the Jackets have the horsepower to take down the Dawgs, but a bit of extra rest can't hurt.

GT beats Miami and they are struggling with NC State right now.

Edit* oh never mind

GTs QB1 (Haynes King) is injured and basically can't throw the ball.

I believe he played a few series in the 1Q but it's been the backup from that point I think.

Basically, this is not really an apples to apples kind of situation

N.C.State is what they've been this year and years past a mediocre team that stumbles into an 8-4 season every few years.

Doeren might not survive this one. If they don’t beat UNC next weekend they might be looking elsewhere. It also sounds like Mack is sticking around Chapel Hill another year, why not get a head start on UNC while they’re recruiting is terrible?

I guess this is only a fumble if your team is not Georgia and the ball goes backwards.

Turn in your football fan card. If you can’t tell the difference between a fumble and a ball batted up in the air, just stop watching the game.

I'd give a pass live as it happened because it was hard to tell it went up in the air due to hitting the QB's hand, but after the mutlitple replays it was clear.

Sorry I did miss the tip up. I'll keep my football card if it's all the same to you.

I’m happy for GT. It’s been 25 years (?) since they won all of their home games. Sting ‘em.
