IMHO, we showed tremendous character today. we gutted out a hard earned victory when we were not on top of our game. we made the plays when we had to have them. Hats off the guys in orange. I thought that if we had gone shot-gun 4 wide earlier and longer, the game's not even close. We might want to think about the old FSU fast break offense they used w/ charlie ward

Oh yeah....Ainge, to me, stamped himself today as a top 5 QB in our history. He didnt fold under pressure and got as a win in an amazing game.

One more thing. I cant stand Bama at all. Hate them with a burning fire, but they played thier butts off today. If Wilson ever leans to be a good QB they could be dangerous in the near future. Good job on D too.

No game ball for Ainge today. The defense won this one hands down. They played great all day but that 4th quarter.....phenominal performance.

I think it's noteworthy that our victory wasn't the result of Bama choking. I don't think you can say the same about the today's wins by Notre Dame, or Texas. I didn't get to see the Cal game, so I'm not sure about that one.

You have to give Ainge credit. When the Refs were reviewing that catch by the goal line he kept the team focused on getting the ball into the endsone.

Our defense looked as healthy as it has in a while. I think the Dline is beginning to gel a bit. Mayo looked good as well.

That he did. The announcers were talking about it and one of them said Ainge was telling his team not to count on the replay.
If It had been me in that huddle, I would have probably said: "Lookout guys, there's no reason to think they're not gonna ----- us out of this one. Get ready to have to score another td to get credit for it."

Aint that the truth brother.

Ainge making that tackle rather than imploding just shows what Cut has done for him, the Ainge of 2005 just disintergrates
