VHB, it is in reference to a fictional holiday made up by Frank Constanza on Seinfeld. He was Jewish, so he celebrated a Festivus for the rest of us. You gathered around the Festivus pole, and at dinner you aired your grievances with everybody at the table. It was hilarious.
