Hey guys,

thought I would get in early, since I am busy all day tomorrow.

How all of you have a great thanksgiving celebration and enjoy the festivities. :hi:

It's been a tough year football wise, a total disappointment, especially as I was certain I would see my first bowl this year. Obviously I should get used to losing seasons, as that's all UT can muster up for me... :cray:

Anyway, put it behind y'all and have a great day. Let's look forward to beating the hell out of the 'Cats this weekend to end what has been a tough year.

Brick by brick baby!

GO VOLS!!!!! :pepper:

Ps. I will be at a thanksgiving bash up London to watch the NFL games at a sports bar, traditional Thanksgiving dinner included, so I am looking forward to it. Will probably rep the Vols.:salute:

Despite a tough season there's plenty to be thankful for. Being a Vols fan is just one!
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in Vol Nation!! Hope everyone enjoys good health and good times with friends and family, even those outside the Big Orange family!! And if you can, say prayer or raise a glass for our young men and women in uniform.
Cheers!

why is Thanksgiving celebrated in UK? Seems like it would be like us celebrating Guy Fawkes day. Canucks celebrate Harvest in Oct. I believe.

As all of you posters spend time with your lived ones on thanksgiving, think of the members of team 117. They have practice on Thanksgiving and are not able to be with their families. Think of their families with an empty seat at the table. Think before you post negatively about them on this board. They are young men giving their all for Tennessee.

The pilgrims rounded up some indians and did a world tour (first of its kind)...now many countries celebrate Turkey day.

How am I going to eat left over turkey and watch the basketball and the football teams win in the same conflicting time slot time Saturday.

I'll manage somehow. It's gonna be a good day to be a Vol...I feel it.

I'd go football, but that's just me personally. I find it to be much more entertaining.
