Are all Vol and they are a solid class. We missed out on Selby, but we can't forget about who we have coming in and who we have coming back next year. Look for Williams and Goins to really step up and be great senior leaders next year. VB

I still don't see the point of taking Maymon, but the other 3 guys should be very good in time.

I've heard we may look into Mike Rosario. Which would be NICE.

I dont think it would be nice...

1) He would have to sit out a year.

2) I heard he has attitude problems and we all know how that works out for us.

IMO if Bruce goes after anyone else, he'll go after a JUCO bigman.

What's all this about Jones trying to get in early?

The last thing I read about it was Rob Lewis saying that, as of a week ago, he was still trying to see if he could graduate early and enroll next year.

Huh, that's pretty cool. I thought I heard he had grade issues so that's kinda strange. Can bball players do that? It don't think I've heard of anyone doing that before.

This is def a solid class. This is our 1st top 10 class, per ESPN's rankings at the very least, sitting at #7.

Maymon is an ESPN100 recruit from '09 transferring to us. I'm pretty sure that'll help out somehow.

We have a great class but Florida brings back so much and Kentucky reloading so Id say we gonna be in a war for 2nd place in the east with those guys. Sely would have been enough to win the east but now we are gonna be another 5-9 seed.

i don't think Florida is bringing back quite "so much." UK, well, we'll have that to deal with. It's gonna be a battle

I don't think we'll land Rosario IMO.....we have a great imcoming class although Selby would have made it that much better.....should be a fun year.

I agree, I don't think Florida is going to be too much of a threat....UK will be our biggest challenge I think

I'd rather not go after Rosario honestly. We already have Jones and Ware coming next year and we are getting some solid guards this year as well. I just don't see the point. I'd also rather steer clear of going after Juco guys from now on. Basically, I think we should be done with this class and look forward to the next class. Need to pick up some big guys for sure.

i think you might want to check out the number of returning starters, guys coming back from season-ending injuries and the incoming recruiting class. the way i recall it the Vols needed a pretty spectacular Scottie Hopson turnaround, fadeaway jumper with 17 second left in Knoxville to avoid being swept by the Gators last season.

i get the Kentucky respect but they are going from a situation where they oversigned to be able to kick the riff raff to the curb to now still looking for more guys who've never played a minute of collegiate basketball just to have enough to field a team. the only point guard on their even younger squad is Brandon Knight, a volume shooter with underdeveloped distribution skills, and the only big on their roster aside from freshman Enes Kanter is a former JUCO player who in his second year with the team wouldn't even be allow to play unless they were up 30 points with 3 minutes left in the game. Kentucky's going to add some guys but with that being the state of their roster it's hard to understand you thinking they'll be a big threat while a team like Florida who returns all 5 starters plus a pretty good recruiting class themselves is not going to be "too much of a threat."
