When this body was on the verge of guaranteeing equal civil rights to everyone, regardless of the color of their skin, some senators resorted to the same filibuster threats that we hear today.

And LG wants to demonize those on the right when they "incite" others to violence against the president?

I am sure he will be along shortly to condemn Reid for comparing the right to racists, bigots and sexists because they believe there is a better way than to let our totally trustworthy and efficient government take control.
