Harship Drivers License

Has anyone had recent experiences with getting their kid a hardship licenses. Never done this before or know anyone that has gone thru the process. Trying to find out the time frame of how long it takes from applying to getting the approval.

Yeah, I got all the apps, sly. I'm kinda concerned on the time frame since you have to submit it thru the gov. I'm going under the knife next month and it dawned on me yesterday that it might do well for us if my 15 yr old could drive to school and back to take a bit of the burden off my wife. I have to get a letter of attendance from the school and a letter from the doctor saying it would help him driving to the drug store for me. I'm afraid I'm late to the party and by the time it got approved I'd be driving again. I don't want to go thru all the hoops for nothing

I understand. Sometimes though if you call and ask how long the process takes they might be able to give a good estimate.
