Has anyone heard anything about Ty'relle Harris?

Apparently was the victim of a hit and run by a drunk driver. Behind Tin Roof early Friday morning.

I did hear that the driver was caught and charged with vehicular assault, leaving the scene and DUI. Leg injuries that are non life threatening...but are they baseball threatening?
