i was just looking at the vegas lines on the bowl games. there are nine sec teams in bowls and every one is favored. we're talking bowl competition here. even a strong conference will ordinarily field a couple of teams which are overmatched. i don't expect it to happen, but if the sec goes undefeated, i'm looking forward to what all those people who've been saying that the sec is overrated and doesn't play good ooc games will have to say.

The victories by the SEC will be be lopsided because the of the bcs rules. We be got top 10 teams playing in crappy bowls playing against despot teams. This year is a fine example of why there's only one more year of the bcs era.

The BCS has some flaws, but for the most part it has worked to the extent that it usually gets it right for the championship game

It's pretty unanimous at this point ... Anyone who thinks the sec isn't superior at this point can't be taken seriously. Only an idiot would say otherwise

Exactly. South Carolina / LSU / Georgia / Florida / Texas A&M would run the table in the Sugar Bowl.

BCS does not usually get it right.
The SEC would have 7 straight Championship wins if undefeated Auburn had have been in the title game with Ronnie Brown in Beast mode.
We came within a play of having to watch Kansas State play Notre Dame and would of had to watch Ohio State play Notre Dame without the OSU sanctions.
And Florida, LSU and A&M would be favored or even odds with ND.

The BCS stinks

That OU will beat aTm, Pitt will be Ole Miss, Northwestern will beat MSU, and that Michigan has a good shot at beating SC, while I give the advantage to ND over Bama.
