Pretty bad. I refuse to vote for Corker because of the shenanigans played to get him elected as Chattanooga mayor so that he had the "background" to run for the senate, but he does pleasantly surprise me on occasion. Until the Haslams are out of TN and especially UT politics - nothing good to say about them. Alexander is a washed up has been RINO wimp.

I quit buying anything at Pilot after J Haslam Jr. put the screws to trucking companies with the rebate scam. Not so much as a cup of coffee. Oh, but he didn't know a thing! Yeah, right.

The TCAT technical schools just recently stop giving out Pilot cards to every student. $150 a month per student. So the card was a tax deduction write off that gets put right back in to your buisness. Even the kids that paid their own way through with no financial aid was made to take this card. What a gig, eh?

Not meant to argue... but I agree, and I just don't see strong leadership in the GOP.... existing or upcoming ranks. Regarding dims... same. Politics has lost its way.
For my party... Rhinos have created a lot of problems for the GOP, and that really should be more of focus for Trump... send em packing, and he has to a certain degree.

As pissed as we all are on both sides in December... just wait until we get 2-3 months into the new year... we all will be triggered.

Anybody who believes Trump genuinely cares about Tennessee or its people is a fool.

Hell, anybody who believes Trump understands the Iran deal is a fool.

Also, is there evidence that Corker wanted to run again and Trump refused to support him?

Edit: I do see an articles discussing Corker possibly facing a primary challenge and potentially needing Trump’s support, but nothing to the extent of Trump’s claims.

Alexander got slightly less than 50% of the Rep. primary vote, but there 7 running last time he was elected. I didn't vote for anyone in the general that year, but voted Carr in the primary.
It certainly wouldn't help to vote for a Democrat, but at least you can predict how they will vote.
