I like the fact that he is a statue back there. He's not very good either. He lost his job at UVA at the end of spring to Matt Johns.

He's Junior season of Crompton quality. If Georgia is desperate enough to take transfers like this, their QB situation is in terrible condition.

They want Eason to be the QB in 2016 and having a QB returning with experience like Ramsey and the others is not a good criteria for that end result.

Lambert is average on a good day, and he's terrible on a bad day. He won't light anyone up.

Former Virginia quarterback Greyson Lambert told multiple outlets on Wednesday he will play for Mark Richt's Bulldogs, joining Georgia as a graduate transfer with two seasons of eligibility remaining. He will be eligible to play immediately.

I honestly don't know much about him at all, but it looks like Georgia is receiving a QB transfer after all - Greyson Lambert from UVA. He is a grad student with 2 years of eligibility left. Anyone know much about the kid and what he might bring to the table for the Bulldogs? I'm assuming he is going to at least compete for the starting job.

He probably won't end up the starter.

The starter will only have to do one thing, hand the ball off to Chubb

The only concern I have about him is when I get back to Georgia, all the fans will be pumping him as the greatest qb in the nation.

This is great news IMO. Means that they're not very confident that they have an SEC-ready QB in the fold 3 months away from the start of the season.

Umm how is this bad news? It seems to me they are doing it for a reason which is probably depth but either way it isn't a negative imo.
