He reminded me of Peyton Manning, even though he throws picks, he doesn't alter his gameplan at all.Picks are bad but the whole idea is to win the game, not how many picks/turnovers you had.61% against possibly the best defense we faced all year is remarkable.Well, he was really forced to be a gunslinger today. We passed the ball 46 times and ran it 21 times. He still managed to complete 61% of his passes, and there were some dropped balls. So, yeah, he threw some picks, but still had a solid game on the whole.
For keeping his composure even though he had three picks.Great game by all the guys!
That was neat.It showed the psychology approach of Cut's coaching ability.BTW, what did you guys think about the phone call between Ainge and Cut that CBS showed. Loved how Cut complimented him on getting it down there, and then became businesslike in how to move forward. I definitely believe how Coach Cut reacts to Ainge is reflected in how Ainge reacts to the team - witness his confidence in the last drive..
