Saw him as we were leaving. Had a big brace on his knee but, didn't really seem to be limping. Just thought I'd share.

Understandable. If it's bruised, then even slightly bumping against something would hurt bad. But the mobility of the knee is probably unaffected.

Definitely good to hear he's up and around. Probably precautionary, but still might not play. Butch takes care of his boys.
WHAT!! I can't imagine anyone on here not being classy.:thud:

I had a contusion on my leg just above my knee once. I could walk just fine with some pain, but if there was the slightest bit of eccentricity in my gait, my entire leg would give out and I would fall to the floor. The brace is most likely for the purpose of restricting the movement in his leg to a motion that will not allow any such eccentric movements.

It has been fun to watch the tight ends so far this year. Hopefully Helm continues to step up if they limit Wolf against OU. Worley will need a big safety blanket from time to time to get rid of the ball and avoid sacks this weekend.

Agree, it's been fun watching all of the 2014 class make it on the field.

Did you offer to carry his books to lighten his load?

Sit the young man this week. Have him ready for SEC play.

Agree. I'm sure they'll clear him if he's ready, but as a fan and a fan only, I'd like to see him heal up the next 2 weeks and be ready for Georgia, etc.

I think CBJ does very well at making sure players are only playing hurt when there is no chance they could hurt it worse. If so you are benched.
