Originally watched it on A&E into the second season. Abandoned it because trying to DVR a series on that network is an exercise in futility. Recently started binging it on Netflix with my wife...up to the third episode. Forgot enough to make it freshly enjoyable.

Keep going. You will really like the characters a lot. Violence is minimal, if you don't mind being shot.

Walt Longmire Mysteries. Perfectly embodies that Western mindset. Lived and worked in Yellowstone, ergo travelled back and forth to WY several times before and after. Rainier Beer, Mountains, Continual Soire. Its one of my fave shows (despite being filmed in NM). +Katee Sackhoff, equally good in Mando.

Yeah watched it years ago when it originally aired on A&E but left it after new seasons moved to Netflix.

Longmire originally aired 3 seasons on A&E from August 2012 to August 2014 before being canceled.

It was them picked up by Netflix where it ran for 3 more seasons beginning in September 2015 with final season running in November of 2017.

One of my favorite shows! Still hoping for a movie. All the main cast have said they would like to do one if Warner Bros will greenlight.

The books are supposed to be really good too. I haven't tried them yet but plan to.
