Hawaii--Big Waves, but Eddie Aikau Contest Cancelled

50 foot waves off the north shore normally mean it is time for the Eddie Aikau Big Wave Surfing Contest. But the winds are preventing them from being able to surf on these waves, so they are cancelling the contest. Would be very cool to be able to surf a 50 foot wave.
