GOP forces new House vote on health reform - Health care reform- msnbc.com

"But Republicans learned early Thursday they will be able to kill some language in the bill that relates to Pell grants for low-income college students. That means the altered bill will have to be returned to the House for final congressional approval before it can be sent to Obama. "

Cutting it to shreds and it wont stop here!

You libs will be lucky to have enough of that bill left to wipe your butts.

And what does Pell grants have to do with Healthcare?

I've read a couple things on this today and I'm not sure this will turn out like the R's think it will.

3,000 pages of gobblygook that not many people understand much of.

If it goes back to the house it should have to go back to the senate.

The Constitution says the senate and house versions must be identical before they can be signed into law and furthermore even then are subject to judicial review and legal challenges before the third branch of the government.

Of course the way the current regime and democrat-socialist congressional majority are running things, it will be reviewed in the politboro washington post, the comintern NY Slime, endorsed by all the presidents czars and declared the law of the land.

Don't know if the picture above is going to work but it's a billboard just outside Dallas, Tex that has a picture of Jimmy Carter with the words; "miss me yet?"

It wasn't a serious effort. Just too good of an opportunity to pass up. I'm actually against the bill.

It's getting harder and harder around here to tell when people are serious or being sarcastic.

Maybe it all stems from the confusing rhetoric coming out of Washington? :)

Educate me. I never paid attention in Social Studies.

I take it the sponsors of the billboard mean to say that the worst president in America history, Jimmy Carter is now comparing favorably with Barrack Obama.

Not paying attention in Social Studies is a good thing, I bet the teacher extolled at length on the accomplishments of the noble prize winning (choice of words, klutz or putz) of a president.

Negative, Woodrow Wilson makes Obama look like Reagan.
