He won’t win it and today is exactly why. Hooker pulled out in the second quarter and rightfully so. Stroud, on the other hand, is still in during the 4th quarter up 30 against an Iowa team with zero offense and he just hit a 79-yard TD pass.

OSU FINALLY pulled Stroud with 5 minutes to go. But up 30+ in the 4th quarter he got 2 garbage time TDs.
