With the addition of todays commitments, we now have 16 players rated 90 or better in the composite 24/7. Of those 16, 12 are on defense. I know it is hard to be patient, I am as frustrated as anyone else. Butch knows that we lack talent. He knows in the SEC defense/speed is so important and he is trying to rectify the piss poor recruiting by doofus. Please get behind these guys, the talent is coming but we have to be patient.

Glad not everyone has lost their mind. I'm as pissed as everyone else, but I understand that it is a process. There are certainly some things that need to be addressed before next season, but instead of blindly lashing out, I'm going to trust CBJ to bring in the talent we need and develop them into a team that knows how to win. Our recruiting class (as of now) is certainly a good start.

I agree OP, actually if you told me yesterday afternoon that vandy would only score on our defense early in 1st qtr and then not again till late in 4th qtr and we still lost, I would have said, well you know.

We have pretty much the same team we had last year minus every big offensive weapon. Honestly, I expected this. I still can't believe we beat South Carolina. Heck, I don't doubt that if we still had Worley in last night we would have beaten Vandy.

It's year 0 IMO ... the Dooley disaster should be in American history books, up with things like 9/11, etc. FEMA hasn't seen a disaster of these proportions. Give Butch time. Those of you who expected to have a stellar season were obviously delusional. While I'm behind the team 100%, I knew we had a severe decline in the talent level. It is what it is ...

The only 2 players that deserve to keep their job on defense is Cam Sutton & Brian Randolph..........PERIOD......everybody else's job is UP FOR GRABS !!! I also think O'Brien deserves to be in the d-line rotation, as he plays w/ an attitude and he is always hustling !!

No. Don't say things like that. Football is a game. It doesn't compare in any way, shape or form to the tragedy or 9/11.

I know you guys hate AJ but he played one heck of a season and has gotten a lot better in coverage and playing sideline to sideline. I hope he stays. Also give McNeil time he is only a sophomore have the sophomore slump the majority of sophomores have it especially since he is learning a totally new system. We will be ok!

Is it really necessary to refer to the current players as "trash"?

Honestly man last year's freshman will be OK I believe because they only spent a year in the system and it's not that many of them. Salisbury will be ok too. Year 2 in the system and year 2 in the weight room we will see improvements.

cant really judge until after 2 classes. let him get the trash that dooly recuited in out . jmo

Dam, You a special kind of stupid aren't you? It's not OK to critique our Coach, but we can call OUR football players Trash. None of these kids have asked to be put in this situation, they know they lack talent in some areas, but they have worked under very bad conditions with the coaching carousel they have been dealt with. Lets please show them some respect.
