Well, for one thing we almost got beat, for another we were a 14 1/2 pt favorite, and very lucky to get the win. Instead of blowing out ranked teams we're now squeaking by. Yes, Bama squeaked by too so they too should have dropped some, but we don't get to make those decisions. As many others have said, worry about us winning each game & don't worry about the polls/rankings. There will be many realignments in the SEC as we beat up each other. Who would have thought that Vandy wouldn't be a gimme game this year? Can't take any game for granted.

Surprised we didn't fall further. Last 2 games double digit favorite, 1 loss and 1 we should have lost

These offensive stinkers were on prime time national tv. Nowhere to run or hide ugly, ugly football and channel flipping. The eye test looked like a team way overrated.

We can all understand how some of these factors might justify movement up or down in the polls. It's just that it doesn't seem to be applied equally to all teams. Been that way forever.

I think the poll folks view our ugly games differently than those of bama due to program history bias. If you want to get the benefit of the doubt, win 7 national championships recently.

Well, it is 'bama. They are still the darlings of the SEC, even without Saban. It's gonna take a little while before the luster wears off.

i dont think UT looks anywhere close to the #11 team. Bama at least still has those stacked #1 recruiting classes leftover from Saban so in theory they could put it together at any time.

Simple eye test. If you watch bama they look better. TN’s offense appears to be a train wreck. Milroe vs Nico is not real close. Even with bama’s issues. Still, Vols get a chance to make a definitive statement.

Why Vandy is not ranked in the top 25? If Bama gets to stay in the top 10, shouldn't the team that beat them be ranked?

Well, Gators played 14-17 points better than Vols. We should have lost that game.

Realistically, I think we should be ranked somewhere around 16-18, Bama maybe 9 or 10. They are
the better team, we just have to hope home crowd advantage helps and the ball bounces our way.

I am expecting a loss somewhere around 24-17

If the Lord is willing and the cricks don't rise, we can pull it out 17-14!

If you're a bettor, bet the under.
