When Heupel got here, the defensive roster was completely depleted, but we had some dudes on offense and they balled out on offense. And defense......well, Banks wasn't the right guy....he couldn't coach up the few kids he had left on defense. And a good coach doesn't need good talent, he just needs to develop whoever we have.
Using that same logic, why are some of y'all worried about the offense? A good coach doesn't need talent. He just needs to coach up his guys and develop them. And Milton is the guy and he has been getting developed for over 2 years under Heupels offense.
Help me understand why when the defense looks bad and plays bad, it's the coaches fault and we need to replace them, but when the offense looks bad and plays bad, it's all on the players. They're the problem and arent good enough, so we need to replace them.
Help me understand this.
