My crew at work all had the idea of taking 7 games from opening weekend and all 10 of us throwing in some cash and picking who we think will win and the person/persons that get the most correct takes/splits the pot.

Here are the games that were chosen.

Bama vs USC
LSU vs Wiscy
Ole Miss vs Florida St
Auburn vs Clemson
Missouri vs W Virginia
Georgia vs UNC
aTm vs UCLA

The more i look at these games theres a couple im on the fence about. Would like to get VN's advise plz. Not who you wish would win but who would you bet on to win? If not for me and my financial gain, think of it as a chance to demonstrate you guys superior knowledge of football and the art of pick em....and for me some cash muneeyz :)

Plus its just fun to try and guess. The 1st two i would say is Bama and LSU. Florida St is now gona rely on a frosh QB but it seems most fans were thinking that would be the case anyway so idk? At the moment im leaning Ole Miss. Then Clemson, on the fence with Mizz/WV. Finally i would say Georgia and im completely stuck on aTm/UCLA.

Thanks in advance for the help. Be fun to look back and see who was on point and who failed miserably.

And I really really hope Auburn knocks off Clemson, I just don't see it happening.

You really need to add the spreads here- but I'll give you my locks

Bama vs USC - No bet
LSU vs Wiscy - No bet
Ole Miss vs Florida St - Florida St -4 is a lock!!
Auburn vs Clemson - Clemson -7 is a lock!!!
Missouri vs W Virginia - No bet
Georgia vs UNC - No bet
aTm vs UCLA - No bet (leaning towards UCLA though I think they are underdog by a couple points)

My other picks of interest are:

South Carolina to win straight up as a 3 point underdog to Vandy

Notre Dame -5 over Texas

Georgia Tech -3.5 over Boston College (very unsure of this one, I just think GT HAS to be better than last year)

Ohio St -27 over Bowling Green (We won by more than that last year and it felt like a close game at times, BGU has lost some of their best weapons on offense, this has blowout written all over it)

I'd bet:

Bama vs USC
LSU vs Wiscy
Ole Miss vs Florida St
Auburn vs Clemson
Missouri vs W Virginia
Georgia vs UNC
aTm vs UCLA -- and this is the real head-scratcher. Which Sumlin-led team shows up? Which UCLA squad shows up? This game absolutely could go either way, so flip a coin and hope for the best. :)

This first LSU game is really hard one, on paper LSU still has quite a few weapons despite all the injures but there has been so many changes. I think this one is going to be close.

I'm picking Chad Kelly more than anything, I think they are going to win quite a few games they probably shouldn't because of him.

Until TAM shows otherwise, going against them, this is more of my obvious contempt for their style of football, I wouldn't place money on my pick there. lol

I see not looking good for SEC.
Bama, LSU win big.
Fl. ST wins tight game,
W.V. gets Missouri by 14.
UNC wins with late field goal
UCLA wins by touchdown :(
