I can’t remove the dome/entire fixture for the life of me. The bulb just went out. I looked at Lowe’s and Home Depot to see if they carry the same model but I didn’t see anything similar. I tried twisting the glass but it won’t budge.

I’ve seen similar models, and the glass should twist, but they do get stuck. Just be careful to not break the glass when trying to free it. Those types of fixtures can be a pain.

The glass twist off counter clockwise. Hold the base and twist the glass. If you have to twist the whole fixture counter clockwise and then disconnect the wirenuts when the fixture drops. You can then get the glass off. The glass sometimes sticks due to heat. Oh and turn off the switch if you don't have experience with electrical.

You could try to spray a little wd40 in the track where the glass twist off. Need one of those little red tubes to get the spray in that small space, but it may help if something is lodged in the track. (Not really a track, just the space where the little glass bubble goes in)

Use two of those rubber pads that are made for gripping jar lids. With one in each hand turn the glass piece counter clockwise.

Use a box cutter or other blade to get between the outside ring ant there cieling. You might need to make sever passes to get between all of joined parts . Other tools might work better.
Is the fixture in a damp area?

Tape tabs... pull down and you twist.
