I think people are severely underestimating the mental part of Hendon's game. No matter what offense you play in, 21 TDs to only 1 INT against the schedule we've played is unbelievable. He's going through progressions flawlessly. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see him go in the top 5.

I think people are severely underestimating the mental part of Hendon's game. No matter what offense you play in, 21 TDs to only 1 INT against the schedule we've played is unbelievable. He's going through progressions flawlessly. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see him go in the top 5.

He can go thru all the flawless progessions he wants, but if the reciving corp at said pro team that drafts him, fails in comparison to what he has right now (not to mention pro backfields), he becomes merely mortal. I think he's superb as a QB...but NFL QB busts are not always on the QB. A really bad fit as a rookie, and you're toast. Career back-up.

He's got the tools to be a good pro QB. And QBs tend to get over-drafted--meaning a lot of them go higher than they should because it's such a
valuable position and teams are always desperate to find "that guy." He won't have the luxury of standing in the pocket for as long as he's able to
now; NFL QBs have to make pretty quick decisions about where to go with the football.
