Titans still believe in smash mouth football and playing like it's still the 90's.
They also don't have a clue on how to develop QB's.
Not surprised they picked Levis. It's the Titans thing to do unfortunately.
He'll win some games and maybe get you a playoff/wildcard birth but you're not going anywhere.

I will be an inactive Titans fan for a while.
It WOULD be something if Levis played well, but I'm not a believer.

That is like stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. He needs to buy a maintenance free home at a modest price and spend all his time learning his craft. Turn the millions into hundreds of millions. I dont Waste a lot of money but I’ve learned to focus on making money Instead of fixing something to save a few bucks. Heck, Larry Bird ruined his back working at his parents house in the offseason.
