it would be a sad day but he would win there for sure; however, it wont happen, their stable is full...dont want a 5th driver

As a Junior fan I wondered how I and the rest of the fans would feel if he went to Hendrick. Hendrick is certainly dominated this year, but Junior just doesn't seem like a Hendrick guy. Also, doesn't NASCAR have a rule starting in 2008 or 2009 that an owner can only have 4 teams. So it looks like there isn't enough room there for him if he wanted to go because they won't get rid of Casey Mears after 1 year, they only way for Hendrick to get him would have to be releasing Kyle Busch.

Why wouldn't they buyout Mears' and bring in the biggest franchise in NASCAR? :ermm:

I don't think Rick would do something like that to Casey, but if Kyle's contract runs out this year that may be a real possibility that Junior would drive in the #5 next season, but I don't see Hendrick letting such a talented driver go.
