CBS did a program on the FDIC takeover of Heritage of Illinois recently.

I thought I had earlier read that Heritage was one of the banks who was turning down TARP funds, I could be wrong, but when I saw the feel good piece on the FDIC by CBS, I wondered, was the bank about to fail or did they buck the system??
