Currently 2-0 vs Ark St. And Utah St.
Will win vs. UK, Vandy and Chatt, 5-0

Close/potentially competitive games: Mizz, SC, UGA, UF, OM

Losses: OK and Bama.

Of the middle group, need one win for a bowl. Done. That would seal a 6-6 season, but this Vol team likely to do better than 1-4 vs. middle group, say 2-3, which is very likely. That is a 7-5 season. From that middle group, likely two wins are Mizz at home and OM IMO.

Just two games into the season without knowing the future or injuries you gave wins over KY and Vandy. That kind of thinking showed why an 11-2 FL team could go 4-8 the following year. You might want to let the games play out before you overload your mind... :)

So you think KY is an automatic win?

This team could get 8 wins. Auburn last year, seemed like a team that didn't know how to lose. This is a team that is full of guys that have been winning all their lives and most importantly don't seem comfortable with losing.

I'm not sure about 8 wins or 7 wins..... Most kids that play in big programs have been winning all their lives. No one is comfortable with losing but at the end of the day, one team must lose.

In the past five years, I have seen players goofing off on the side lines during a losing game. I live in the Dallas Tx area where high school football programs are very competitive. Most of the kids recruited from this area (McNeil) would have been lucky to win the district. A lot of these kids are great players on mediocre teams.

What we as fans expect, conjure up, concluse, and speculate has little to no bearing on the actual outcome of the team.

How about we watch KY play FL, and see how they handle SEC competition before we make assumptions that we beat KY.

It wasn't "thinking" that caused you all to go 4-8 last year. It was sucking that did that.

KY lost that running back heard and the offensive line man blocking for him. At least temporarily. I don't know how serious it is. At this point I would be more willing to bet we beat someone like sc before florida. Florida is just disruptive and unpredictable. I honestly think Muscamp is going to be the one guy to give Butch problems. You can't plan for what he will do. He has the talent pool. He has a dual threat QB to play with now too. Florida is heading towards a pretty good season from what I've seen baring injury to Driskel.

That's why it's called a prediction...

Is someone seriously arguing not to count Vanderbilt as a win? It's been at least a decade since I've seen an SEC team this atrocious.

Its a sad day on violation when we doubt beating Ky. I wonder if these same people are calling those who doubt the Oklahoma game negavols?

Six to 8 win team barring extraordinary injuries. Nothing has changed since I started saying this before spring ball.
