One minute VN says "he's really doing a great job...Almost beating Duke and Memphis"

Next, "Wow, just terrible losing to AP and Oak...We suck. Fire him".

Then, "Well, we cant blame him...He's not that bad..." (After getting to 6-5 I believe).

Finally..."He sucks. This guy doesnt know how to coach." (After Memphis last night)..

Stop the madness :p

Na I've pretty much thought he was a Hamilton, hire on the cheap, second rate coach all along.

Every fanbase has their share of extremist fans. As a Kentucky fan, you should know that. Too many casual fans give entire fanbases a bad name because of their bi-polar opinions from one minute to the next. If you pay careful attention, you can discern between those who post on intelligent evaluation, and those who post solely based on impassioned ignorance.

Maybe you need to actually look at who is posting instead of the actual post. Kinda like discerning between the idiots at Catsmenopause but on a smaller lunatic fringe scale.

Trust me. I am not limiting this to UT. UK had the same issues with Tubby and Billy.

To be honest, I would say UT has more idiots based on some users here.

I would be surprised if the masses reacted any other way. It was easy to think he was a very good coach after Maui.

Facts are, we were picked to finish 11th out of 12 teams, and that's roughly where we're going to be.

I am too apathetic about this basketball season to be as back and forth as a lot of people. I honestly chose to look the other way this year, for the most part, before it started.

Regarding "UT having more idiots," you're on a UT board. UK's idiots don't hang out here, except for a few that we can't get rid of. If you hung out on catspause, or whatever the site's new name is, you'd be blown away by the idiot count.

And, I wasn't calling you an 'idiot.'

Hamilton, 300k, and I was against the hire at the time, but, it didn't take long to show he could coach and he changed my mind. This overpriced cheap hire we have now has shown that he is in over his head.

I kinda was being sarcastic in the whole premise of the thread.

For the record, I obviously realize we all have our idiots. UK does have a lot of retards. I think VN has a lot of "idiots" as well. What you view as an idiot may not be what I view it like.

I do follow some of the stuff there. Obviously each side will support his own cause. And I know many vols think it.

Maybe we do have more idiots...but im to prideful to admit it :p
