Does anyone in the VolNation think Peyton Manning could figure out this Ole Miss' defense? He is laughing at Randy Sanders. Pound the Rock Phil, your playing an inferior team. Oh yeah, where is Schaeffer? Ole Miss just intercepts a screen pass, great call Sanders.( we have not changed our offensive formation all night )

The defensive line is doing pretty well, and the offense is getting the job done. I think the boys are taking this as an off-week.

Time to put Ainge back in and get the ball back in the air. It's got to be there as many men as Ole Miss is committing to the run.

That pretty much sucked . . . I think I almost could have picked that one off from my living room. . . . anybody got any other ideas.

I can't believe that the deep ball isn't open as much as Ole Miss is selling out for the run. :censored:

Two 30 yard throws and voila!! Touchdown Brett Smith.

I know I'm talking to myself here - but I still love it when I'm right.

Whew. Our defense has GOT to step up. I'm too old for this.

Well... At least we've got the lead. Too much slackin' off on the field, that's all this is.

We have the worse coaches in football. We keep winning in spite of them.Ainge was cold as ice and should have been yanked earlier. They are still not putting good plays for Schaeffer.Tee Martin wouldn't do good with those calls.Go vols and keep up the good work and keep bailing out our bad coaches

Hey Ga.Vol, that is not in game hindsight it's evidence Randy Sanders WILL NOT, DOES NOT and CANNOT make in game coaching desisions to counter what the opposition was ,or is, doing. It is laughable that once again he didn't know how to pull Mississippi out of their defense, out of the "loaded up box." David Cutcliffe knew more about what Sanders was doing than Randy did, and that is comical!!! THANKS FOR THE BACKUP VOLMAN 1970, YOUR COMMENT HOLDS TRUE EVERY SINGLE WEEK WIN, LOSE OR DRAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And your "taking it" is why this happens week in, year in, year out Ga.Vol.

True. Alabama looked better than Ole Miss tonight, even when their offensive capabilites were supposedly decapitated. We cannot afford any more close call games.

Did you not notice the last scoring drive - Two deep balls in a row that burned Ole Miss and their 8 man front?

Look, it was definitely ugly as sin, but it was a comeback road win in the SEC with freshmen QBs facing a junk defense. I'll take it.

I'm afraid next week might be just as ugly. If you thought Ole Miss made us look bad, just wait until we play South Carolina. They make everybody's offense look ugly.

how soon we forget.. this is the same defense that stopped GA last week.

I will and do make the assumption of how difficult it is to play agains three diffrent style QB's in one game. Rotating plays.

Come on lets be proud of these guys of wulling of a good win on the road and not start bashing them already.

What's so bad is that you know that the same people that are bashing were completely ecstatic when we were up 14-0 in the 1st quarter.

donsargegolf there's always a complainer around, even when things are good. In our case, that's you.

In the OM game our OL was banged up all to hell, our freshman QB couldn't hit the side of a barn. Poor execution under such circumstances does not fall on the coaching staff.

As far as CRS and CPF, I'll take a dozen of them...would like for our constant complainer to take a hike. JMO
