Lord have mercy on Phil, this may be the death of him. So you're saying that Gruden is 100% now right??

I'd take Phil back in a heartbeat. I don't give a $h17 about "move foward not backward" . He was a damn fine coach and recruiter. All coaches have their down times. Nobody stays on top forever.
