I seriously wonder if anyone out there is really genuinely shocked by this tho? I mean even the people behind this bill and it's authors admitted there was a ton of pork in this thing. When a bill is 70-90% pork (depending on the spin master of choice) how can you expect it to not be mostly squandered?
