CBJ is not bUTch until he wins a few games, preferably a few big games, IMHO.

I would strongly consider bringing it forward if he pulls a Top Ten recruiting class this time.

"Vols, Butch!" is genius and should be used often.

Given the Tee bashing going on right now, I really think we need to jettison VFL as well.

That was a Dooley construct. It might be the only thing good he did while he was here, but it has Dooley's taint on it now. And some people seem to think we can suddenly say Tee Martin isn't a VFL because Dooley let him escape to SoCal.

I haven't heard but I'd hope they would keep the VFL program. While I dont think that was the only good thing coach Dooley did it was, imo, the best thing he did. Altho hiring J Graham ranks up there.

The Tee bashing only shows coaches, and recurits how the fan base is in Knoxville if you think recurits don't read these message boards your crazy. Why would anyone want to come here to take a beating from the fans all the time I wouldn't wanna come here I'd rather go to a place where fans appereciate you. JMO

If I remember correctly from the introductory press conference for Butch Jones, Dave Hart was quite complimentary of Dooley's decision to establish the Vol for Life program and said that it will, indeed, be continued, I believe with Antone Davis retained as VFL coordinator.

Thanks rex.

I wasn't in a very good frame of mind at the time.
