-In this league, but in general in football, if you want to be good, you've got to be good up front and have guys that can rush the passer.
-Joshua Josephs, he's gotten a lot bitter. He's doing what he needs to do. He's done a great job in the weight room. His frame from a year ago is dramatically different.
-Heard is young as a football player. He played d-line but played out in space a bunch. He played basketball, very athletic. Really rare and unique athletic traits.
-Chaz Nimrod had a great offseason. His versatility of being able to play inside or outside is really going to help us.
-It was a big day for Bru walking out on the practice field after all he's been through. Really proud of what he's done. Excited he's back with us.
-Quarterbacks get tired of hearing us in the headsets. You have to have a plan for if those headsets go out. It's a tool to use.
-For the young guys: Learn it, earn it, and go take it.
-We have good leadership in the secondary room with guys like Turrentine and Will Brooks. The young guys are really mature. It's a grout that feeds off of each other.
-On Christian Charles... he's a guy that's extremely athletic. Good length. He's played corner and safety. He's missed so much time, for him to be big out there, it was big for him today. He's grown so much off the field. Really excited to see fall camp unfold for him.
-Omari... guys have seen this program change a lot.
