its interesting to see some of the teams that spend less and get more like OSU and to a certain extent Bama/LSU they get their recruits mostly on Name alone and in the case of LSU location...Lousiana has a ton of talent close to campus and not a lot of competition in hearts and minds. CA/FL and TX schools have tons of competition instate for talent not to mention nationally. LSU is pretty much the only show in town in LA. Even in TN we have Vandy and Memphis to compete with.

Funneled through the mega church that Dabo/Trevor and a number of players attended. Worst kept secret in SC. Also rumored that before NIL their boosters assisted players in playing online poker with other boosters who would lose on purpose.

If NCAA wanted more parity and new blood in the playoffs, they could limit spending on recruiting to like 1 million. I am not advocating for that, just an observation.
