Ok, little background, I was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. I met my wife who is from Barberton, Ohio. Well I ended up moving up to Columbus and worked at Ohio State for a couple of years. Then I moved to the Ohio Highway Patrol. Well things were not as I thought they were with the Ohio Highway Patrol. *Kentucky has State Police.

Well after all of this time my wife and I have decided to move to Kentucky. This weekend I am start the hiring process for the Kentucky State Police. This weekend is the written exam and the content based task test, which is fancy words for physical exam, obsticle course.

So keep me in mind this weekend.....Whatever you may do, pray, or use a pentagram like OWB, I am kidding for those of you who do not know. But whatever your thing is, think about my family this weekend!

Thanks in advance!

I read in the paper today that the whole class of 20 cadets in Marietta, GA got busted cheating on an exam, well 2 of them got busted, but all 20 conspired to "pass the exam", and all 20 of them got kicked out of the Police Academy.

Have you heard about this?

OE, just remember this as a general rule for all questions regarding firearms. Shoot first and ask questions later.

Thank you, thank you!

Lex, your post is chosen by a lottery system. Its goes alphabetically, my last name starts with a B so I will get pretty close to first dids on chossing a number.

Lets say there are 80 cadets that make it, I choose 20th, I get the 20th selection for open assignments.

I don't care if you speed! I am terrible about speeding!

I could care less if you speed as long as you are not doing any thing stupid. I will have to say though, nothing like driving near midnight and have a few idiot bikers come by you doing wheelies......... :air_kiss:

Well every thing went just fine and I am proceeding to the next step(s) of the hiring process!

Thanks guys and gals!
