will he be back for the game at uf?
They better hope so. They will need his 3 points and 2 turnovers if they are going to have a chance.

.... :blush2: Sorry.

I know, I know. He can be a force when he is "on".

I said this in td's thread about Florida fans whining... but I'll repeat it here...

They're going to find a way to blame the UT student section for harming his self-esteem, causing him to fall off his bike.

JMX, let me be the next one to tell you that your obsession with sheep either needs to be kept to yourself or some counseling is in order.

Seriously, it's getting old.

Have you ever heard of Chris Lofton?
Lee humphrey scores like 5 points a game

I was going to make the same argument JMX, but Humphrey has hit as many 3s as Chris, granted he has had 4 more games to do so... but his 3pt FG % is actually better than Chris'.

Between the two tho... I'd take Lofton in a HEARTBEAT, not a second thought.

Anyone who thinks Lee Humphrey and Chris Lofton are even in the same realm of basketball talent need head examinations

I agree, but saying the kid can't shoot the 3 ball is a false assertion. Again, for an overall basketball player, Humph couldn't hold Lofton's jock...

I don't think anyone's going to confuse either of them with a young Gary Payton defensively.

Gary Payton doesn't have near as many zits as Lee Humphrey

I will have to side with Volunteer on this one. I don't post much, but I have read the board for a long long time. I'm sure that you were the same kid who went around telling the same bad joke over and over, laughing at it when nobody else was. Your infatuation with sheep is becoming unhealthy. You can lasso many diseases from them. We're just looking out for your overall hygiene. I'm not one to make any man break a sheep's heart, but in this case, I think it would be for the best.

idk, humphrey is considered by many people(even billy donovan) as the gators best defender. hes a better defender than lofton and has a better shooting %. he doesnt have to score as much as lofton because florida has more weapons than we do. im not saying he is better than lofton or that lofton sucks, but im not gonna be a homer either.

hes averaging like 11 and isnt counted on as much as lofton so he doesnt have to score as much
In big games against good teams he always scores 2 or 3 points

hmmm, thats probably because humphrey was on the bench with foul trouble most of the game. and u dont guard one player all game anyways.

I have to say, I remember one time he was on Lofton, practically ON Lofton... Chris started to drive, and then just shot right over Humph. He didn't look like much of a defender to me...

obviously he's not a great defender if he's in foul trouble....no, most times you don't just guard one player, but it's funny every time I saw a highlight of C-Lo banging one in Lee was trying to put a hand in his face
