It's not supposed to have anything to do with the case. It's the Bill Clinton defense. It doesn't matter if you actually did anything wrong. You shift the blame to your accuser and make them out to be the bad guy.

GT, it is simple. This is not a concern for Fulmer, because he has attorneys working on this for him. Fulmer only told the NCAA what he knew, and therefore has nothing to hide in a court of law. However, he will not give Gallion any free rides to tun this into a media circus.
