Best Buy probably isn't that far off. They too are horribly run and are on borrowed time.

This company is horrible. It's no surprise to me that this is happening.

We had a fiasco with them ordering the Samsung front load washer and dryer. We bought it and it took them 7 weeks to finally deliver a set that was MINIMALLY damaged. Allegedly the problem was the platinum color we ordered was in high demand.

You waited about 6-1/2 more weeks than I would have for delivery. After a few days and nothing shows up, I want my money back.

HhGreg just filled the Circuit City vacancy in JC. Ive only been in there a few times but they were never busy.

Now Sears is shutting down too. The places to buy consumer electronics and appliances is shrinking drastically.

7 might have been an exaggeration, it was at least 5, felt like 2 months. The problem was that it was supplier based, all the stores in town were out and everyone was waiting for Samsung. Twice HHGregg brought us brand new units and twice they were damaged or dented somewhere.
