I wish Tennessee could get a better foothold out in cali n Hawaii. Having one Samoan on the DLine,Oline, and linebacking unit equals winning 😂😂 hope we get this guy GBO!!

Meh..lol

I live out here in Cali. I have become a bit of a "California homer" to be honest. Seen Kahuka (HI) play and watch their pregame dance. (yes samoans play with Kahuka too, not just native hawains)
With that said, some of the best LBs to ever play at Tennessee were home grown right there in the volunteer state. Sprinkle in Carolina's, Georgia, and Virginia and we're covered there, and oline, dline too.
DL Byron Young, Haynesworth, Ayers, Little, Butler etc (Carolina's)
LBs Wilson, JRM, Eddie Moore, Jeremy Banks, Gaylon, Westmorland, etc... (Tennessee)

You get my point. The Samoans are good players, but a relatively small foot print. BYU is loaded with them, and they'll never challenge an upper class SEC team.

Okay how bout this then… one safety that’s Samoan??.. We start with one and that connects us to the region and you know one family has like 13 kids so we have our picking every couple of years.!

Valid point LittleVol, but i don't want to load our team with Samoans just want this one lol. Seriously the O and D lines are my greatest wishes, give our current and future Qb's time and they pick apart any teams defense.

I don't really care where they played High School footballs long as they are the best and they play for us.

Some coach just wanted to take his squeeze to Hawaii...sent the paperwork through UTAD, and got a free trip...

THESE kids ALWAYS end up on the west coast...or BYU...

Chill "Brah"...and thanks for 3 "exceptions", to my post which was mostly a joke about a Tennessee Coach taking a "Boondoggle" to the Big Island...

So..."Hang-Loose"...and put your "Bruddah IZ" record back on your record player...
